Short, because the estate is a home.

Booking & cancellation

There's no online checkout on this website. Bookings made on Airbnb follow Airbnb's own cancellation policy.

Check-in: From 1:00 PM.
Check-out: By 12:00 PM.
Who stays: Families, couples, and small groups of friends who book both suites. No stag or party groups.
Occupancy: Each suite sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. Extra floor mattresses are available for a small charge.
Pets: Pet-friendly. Cooper, the hosts' dog, lives on the estate.
Smoking: Smoking outdoors and on the balconies only, never inside the suites.
Meals: Breakfast is included. Home-cooked dinner (local cuisine, veg and non-veg) is available at extra cost with prior notice.
Comfort: No air conditioning: the hill climate keeps it cool. High-speed ceiling fans and window mosquito nets in every suite.
Power: Open all year. An inverter keeps the lights, fans and Wi-Fi running during power cuts.
Parking: Free, on the property.
