The tiger reserve's Kodagu-side safari gate, Nanachi, is near Kutta, about 49 km by road, roughly an hour. We're not on the park's doorstep, but a safari makes an easy outing from the estate.

Raja's Seat, Abbey Falls and Madikeri town are 45 minutes to an hour and a quarter away. Dubare's elephant camp and the Golden Temple at Bylakuppe make a good pair for one day. Ask us which order works best.
